Founder and Lead Therapist 

Liz is the founder of Wired Therapy, where her mission is to make high-quality mental health support accessible to young people and adults. With over a decade of experience specialising in youth mental health, Liz is a strong advocate for a holistic and human-centred approach to therapy. 

She believes that clients are active participants in their therapeutic journey, and she partners with them to help uncover their inner therapist. Liz is a member of the BACP and holds a diploma in therapeutic counselling. She is professionally qualified to work with both young people and adults. 

EMMA KERR
Associate Therapist

Emma is a dedicated therapist who believes everyone should have the opportunity to explore and address their challenges before stepping into new life roles. As a skilled dramatherapist, Emma leverages the power of creative expression to help her clients navigate their personal journeys. Emma is a member of the HCPC and is professionally qualified to work with both young people and adults.

Ilsa helps Liz bring her creative vision to life. Her work behind the scenes is essential and enables our therapeutic interventions to run smoothly.

Sarah is wildly passionate about nature, especially our oceans. She runs our Wellbeing on The Beach series for corporate and charitable staff teams.

Caroline is passionate about ensuring young people feel seen and heard; fulfilling this in multiple voluntary ways for us.

Yoga Teacher

Zoe firmly believes that nature and movement can be the ultimate medicine. Her goal is to help you feel calm and confident both on and off the yoga mat. Zoe facilitates our retreats.
