Wellbeing on the Beach continues!
Have you been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected recently? Could you do with some support in building your confidence, self-esteem, or resilience?
Our Wellbeing on the Beach series may be just what you're looking for!
Available to AUB/BU students, these will be 1:1 creative mindfulness sessions where you will be able to discover realistic and sustainable approaches to improving your health and wellbeing, and learn how to put them into practice.
Delivered by our in-house Wellbeing and Blue Health Coach, Sarah, and fully funded by Dorset Community Foundation, be quick to get in touch as it’s first come first serve!
