We’ll start with an Initial Consultation, or our ‘get to know you’ session. During this meeting, we’ll explore your hopes and goals for therapy, and set expectations using our therapy agreement. We’ll also arrange the logistics of session times, dates, and any other necessary details. 📝
At Wired Therapy, you steer the direction of your sessions. While each session is unique, here's what you can generally look forward to:
